Paper Submission

Extended deadline for paper submission is 1 May 2025.

Template for the paper can be found here

.DOCX template

Please make sure to use the template on the conference website to write your article. Remember to include the DOI number of the reference for each citation and use IEEE form for creating the bibliography. (Use crosssref.org for creating the bibliography.) The conference proceedings will be published by the International Association for Automation and Robotics in Construction (IAARC). With IAARC's professional support, we aim to get CCC conference proceedings papers into major scientific databases (e.g. Scopus).

This goal also places higher demands on authors, and the conference organizers want to do their utmost to help as many participants as possible to get their articles included in the conference proceedings. In the near future, we will, therefore, send out a review template to all participants so that they can check their manuscripts before submitting them.

IAARC performs plagiarism checks, and if it is above a certain percentage, the journal will refuse publication. In order to ensure that this formal requirement does not become an obstacle to publication in the journal, it is recommended that the article submitted to the conference be at least 7000 characters long.

Please bear in mind that the organizers offer two publication possibilities for the authors. All accepted papers will be published in the ISBN numbered conference proceedings, will get DOI number and will be sent to SCOPUS and WoS for possible indexation.
